WITH all the magazines bought的意思是“杂志卖完了,...”,是独立主格
I needed 是magazines的后置定语
这题是有点tricky。就语法点来看，好象C是最不可能的。我们一个一个看。

另举一例：with all the work done, i left the office.
原句你改成：with all the magazines bought, i left the post office.
有人可能又要问：那I needed怎么可以去掉呢，因为它其实是定语从句来着。再看：
with all the magazines (that i needed) bought, i left the office.
