首先我想应该没有have down这样的搭配.因为我们知道down是一个副词,表示“向下”的意思.而副词是做修饰动词或是形容词的成分来使用的.不能直接和have这个表示完成时的助词来使用.所以我想可能应该是have done吧
那么have done是表示“已经完成”的意思,have+动词的过去分词 这个结构是表示现在完成时这个时态的.
而我们又知道be+动词的过去分词 这个结构是表示被动形式.
所以have been done就是“已经被完成”的意思.
第二个问题
应该选C.首先第一个空是表示have a word with somebody “和某人说话”的意思.
第二个空的word 是表示“消息”的意思,为不可数名词.此句是同位语从句.
第三个问题：
应该是make use of的形式.表示“利用”.如果要在前面加be动词,就表示被动,应该是be made use of
