摘要：气候变化,特别是全球气候变暖,已成为不可回避的重大理论和实际问题,多数人认为气候变暖的原因是二氧化碳的大量排放.对此笔者认为要历史地、全面地、辩证地看问题,纵观地球气候历史,地球气候一直在变,且有众多客观因素的推动,现在的气候变化也并未超出历史气候变化范畴,它可能只是总变化过程中的一个波动阶段而非永远趋势,气候变化主要在天在地而不在人,所以我们尚难肯定当代的气候变暖就是人类活动所致.究竟是什么原因导致气候变暖,气候变暖是好事还是坏事,如何应对气候变化……,笔者将从哲学层面,以科学发展观为指导谈谈对这些问题的看法.

Climate changes,especially global warming,have been a crucial issue and pratical problem that are unevitable.While the majority relate the global warming with the massive relief of carbon dioxide,the author prefers to a historical,all-sided,dialectical standpoint.The earth's climate has always been changing,as a result of many objective factors.Therefore,it is possible that modern climate changes are rather a fluctuation stage of the whole changing courese than the permenant trend,since it doesn't go beyond the historical climate altering range.As the climate changes depends more on nature than on human,it's hard to confirm the idea that human activities could lead to climate warming.From an angle of philosophy,the author will show his views ,under the direction of scientific thought of development,about the problems such as why the climate turned wamed on earth,it's whether good or bad,how we deal with it.

Abstract: climate change, especially the global climate warming, which has become an unavoidable important theoretical and practical problems, most people think that climate change is the cause of a large number of carbon dioxide emissions. The author think we should treat the question historically, comprehensive and dialectically,throughout the history of earth's climate , the earth's climate has been changed, and there are many objective factors to promote,Now, the climate change isn't beyond the historical climate change category, it may be just a total change in the process of a wave phase and not the trend forever, climate change are mainly due to heaven and earth, but not human beings, so we still can sure contemporary climate warming is caused by human activities difficultly .so,what causes global warming,climate change is a good thing or a bad thing, how to deal with climate change..., the author will talk about opinion of these issues from the philosophical level,and guided by the scientific development concept.
