兼并一下就是一句非常地道的口语表达,you've got 后面名词如果不采用复数就应该加冠词 a .
我建议修正为：Your dream will come true if you've got a dream.
有错误；应该是：Your dream will come ture if you have got dream .( have got =have )

时态有点问题。有梦想用have a dream
真实条件，时态是主将从现：Your dream will come true if you have a dream.
非真实条件，用虚拟：Your dream would come true if you had a dream.
