This paper mainly introduces a kind of on-line EPS packing bag automatic pushing down equipment's basic principal,structural design and an in-depth description of its main functions.This automatic packing equipment mainly consist of control system,working system and the power output.Its main function is for pushing down those upright EPS packing bags on the conveyor belt,changing their work positions,making them lying flat,and then enter into the next complete shaping stage.Makes stacking and transportation more convenient.The machine design needs to be reasonable.A reasonable design program not just can satisfy the operating machine's function needs but also need to be having a reliable operation,simple structure,compact process convenience,low cost,easy to use and convenient to maintain.
