Different people may have different ideas about it. Those who are infavour of it said by issuing certificates on personality,universities may make the cultivation of its studends' character,and there is no problem to have another certificate besides the one for study in hand.
While others suggested that colleges have set another barrier for its graduates and it is a offence to the recivers in personality and rights.Furthermore, each person has his own standard on personality,so it is difficult for the university to set a believable standard.
As far as I see it,it is totally abuse of power of them to issue studends with personality certificates.
