首先,只能接主动的不定式,不能接被动的不定式,这一点,你所指出的朗文字典上给出的例句并没有违反；
其次,只能接肯定不定式,这是说,不能出现be able not to do,但是可以说not be able to.

可以接否定、肯定的，比如I‘m not able to dance.表示一种能力。但是able一般不用于否定，是用can 代替哦
