要求：examine the role of one human activity in causing climate change,and discuss how further deterioration may be prevented in this area.
字数1200左右

我选择的 human activity 是use of fossil fuels
effect好写,主要是global warming and acid rain
solution 也挺多的
疑问在于cause
鉴于这篇essay字数要求很长,我的effect写了350字,solution写了450字,introduction 和 conclusion 各写了100字,也就是说我的cause要写200字左右.
但我觉得cause就是one human activity 即 use of fossil fuels,没法写出200字来,我不可能反复去嚼舌头嚼use of fossil fuels.我认为由于use of fossil fuels造成的温室气体的增加以及排放出灰尘二氧化硫等也应该写进cause里,因为我觉得这些是我要写的effect 的直接原因,而总的use of fossil fuels是那些effect的根本原因.
我这样理解可以吗?还是应该把那些写进effect里?不可以的话cause又应该怎么写呢?
本人是西交利物浦大学大一的学生,这篇essay占到我期末英语成绩的20%,至关重要,希望有高人帮我提点建议,账号刚刚注册没有悬赏,抱歉了!

use of fossil fuels在climate change的人为因素中应该算是直接原因了, 我觉得比较深刻的根本原因是人类对经济发展的贪欲（贫富差距希望被缩小、发展中与发达国家的征逐、高速发展的现代科技...）,就像高二地理书里讲的,环境问题的根本原因不是别的,而是人口和贫穷问题.
可以表达一些属于你自己的观点,才会让文章显得比较出彩.
然后再引出你觉得“use of fossil fuels”是一个比重很大的factor,怎么怎么样……
（本人没写过1000多字的essay,想法仅供参考）
