Yes,it’s the Expo 2010.It’s finally coming to my hometown Shanghai.This is the first time the great event is held in a developing country.Chinese people are expecting the event to be grand.We have been preparing for the Expo since 2002,making great efforts to make Shanghai a friendlier city.People are changing their lifestyles,trying hard to get rid of the bad habits to present a better Shanghai to the world.In May this year,many people applied eagerly for the Expo volunteers.I also took part in it.Although I’m too young to be an official volunteer,I will still try my best to promote the Expo,to promote my hometown,to promote Chinese culture to everyone who comes to Shanghai.I think it was a very unforgettable experience.The inventions shown in the Expo pavilions might be too far from our daily life,but participating in the Expo and making our city a better place is our common dream.
