笔者在薪酬体系设计上,先是运用薪酬设计的相关理论,对比分析薪酬设计的各种单一、组合模式,提出了优化企业薪酬管理的对策,制定了基于公司战略的基本薪酬模式和一套应对措施.具体实施起来包括：明确公司薪酬策略,根据公司的战略定位、经济实力、业务性质等选择相适应的薪酬水平和薪酬结构.完善职位评价的基础工作,结合对公司战略对组织结构进行梳理,根据职位要求划分职类别.在此基础上,进行职位评价后.最后,按照公司的薪酬策略,参考外部市场薪酬价位,在经过细致的测算后,确定出公司的薪酬标准.
